Right of withdrawal
Returns policy - Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. The customer has a further 14 days, after notifying us of their intention, to return the product in an unused condition. If the item is returned outside of this time-frame, or the item is deemed to have been used, then no refund will be given.
Please note that the usual returns policy does not apply for personalised and perishable products. Personalised items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect
Return postage - The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Shipping - To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cwmamman House, Lower Brynamman, SA181SN, United Kingdom You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you, this must be done with 24 hours of placing your order or before we begin the process of making the product.
